Refunds and Returns
We are happy to accept returns in the case of defective or incorrect items on non-custom items only. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Please note: Your item was hand-crafted, and perfection is just a dream with hand-crafted items. I work hard to maintain consistency with the photos on the site, but there may be some variances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process.
NOTE: There are no returns on custom soap shower favors.
Refunds and Cancellations
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via e-mail. If the item is indeed defective, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
If you are cancelling a custom order, you will receive a 50% refund only.
I only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
