We are happy to accept returns in the case of defective or incorrect items.  Returns  must be made within 30 days of purchase.


Please note:  Your item was hand-crafted, and perfection is just a dream with hand-crafted items.  We work hard to maintain consistency with the photos on the site, but there may be some variances.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact us to initiate the return process.



Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via e-mail.  If the item is indeed defective, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.




We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. 




If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received, we will e-mail you a promo code to use at your convenience.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we must  a refund to the gift giver.  




You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
